Expect items to ship within 1-2 business days. I do not charge shipping costs for orders over €75 , everything below will be charged € 4.95 to the total amount in NL.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately at vintagereworksshop@gmail.com and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Refunds and exchanges

It is possible to return or exchange online orders within 14 days, we would like to receive them in the same condition as in the photos. If you would like to return an item, please contact me so I can assist you as quickly as possible, costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that returning an item is not the most sustainable option, so please read all descriptions and check them carefully to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like additional images or have any questions about an item, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you. Once your purchase ships, that's it! If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately and I will do everything I can to make it right.

The vintage club is not responsible for packages lost by the postal courier, I will of course always help with the search.

And remember, vintage clothing may show minor signs of wear, but that's the beauty of buying vintage! Each piece has a history and a story to tell. We call it character and we cherish the fact that the item still exists!
